A: Our first drop launches August 23rd. A limited number of pre-orders will be available at launch.

Q: How long does shipping take?

• Pre-orders: Ship in approximately 2–3 weeks as each order is prepared after purchase.
• In-stock items: Ship within 2–3 business days.

Q: What is your return & exchange policy?

A: At REGISTRY, every order is carefully inspected before it ships. Because many of our items are released in limited quantities, all sales are final.

If we make a mistake with your order—such as sending the wrong size, wrong colorway, or incorrect item—we’ll make it right.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly before opening a dispute with your payment provider. Reaching out to us first allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
